A Somatic Breathwork: Journey for a Cause
Join facilitator Sicari at Hue Yoga for Late Summer Shedding, a 90-minute Somatic Breathwork Journey. Using conscious connected breath, you’ll gently release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself, leaving feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.

Dine in or grab carryout—either way, 10% of all proceeds from the entire day will be donated to HALO to support dogs in need of training, behavior support and second chances

Get ready to serve, rally, and compete for a cause at Pickleball for Pups, a brand‑new tournament benefiting our HALO dogs. We’re teaming up with Black Barn Pickleball to bring you a fun, competitive event open to men’s, women’s, and mixed divisions at all skill levels.

Join us for our monthly adoption event and meet some of our adoptable dogs!
