Our boarding facility is different and is a home away from home.
We do not put your pets in a kennel, they will stay in an 8X10 room with a daybed or a toddler bed, an area rug, music, lavender diffused throughout, and comfy warm blankets to cuddle. The pets have access to the living room during the day and evening and direct access to a fenced in 5-acre yard. They receive one on one interaction with Regina during their stay. She treats her visitors like they were her very own dogs. In fact, because Regina is a certified behaviorist she is qualified to take dogs that would otherwise do poorly in a kennel. She will accept dogs that have behavior issues, maintain the dog’s training/behavior modification program, and if necessary create a behavior modification program during their stay. Regardless if your dog is happy, healthy, or requires behavior modification, he will be safe, secure, and happy during his stay.
We suggest you tour our facility before you book your boarding appointment to see where your beloved pet will stay. We would love to hear your comments and suggestions and will do what it takes to make your pet the most comfortable.
Boarding fees are determined by the number of rooms required. Our fee is simple, we charge $30-$50/day* depending on your pet’s needs. Please call us if you have any questions about the number of dogs each room can contain comfortably. We require booking in advance as we only have 5 rooms available. We will be adding a calendar soon with dates that rooms are available and book your pet’s home away from home.
General Boarding Fees $30/day* per dog $20/day* multiple dogs
Boarding/Behavior Issues $40/day boarding with slight behavior issues (slight anxiety i.e. requires medication) $50/day boarding with behavior issues (separation anxiety, resource guarding, dog/people/food aggression)

*drop off before 10am and pick up after 3pm is considered a full day.
Please complete the boarding agreement before you drop off your pet. We do require that your pets are updated on vaccines (including bordetella). If you have a situation in which your dog is not up to date, please call us to discuss other options to boarding in the boarding facility. Holidays and summer weekends are usually busy for HALO, so please plan accordingly. To ensure your pet has a spot, it is best to book in advance.
We do require a $25 deposit to hold your spot if you are a new customer. If you need to cancel your pet's stay, please do so within 3 business days and we will reimburse your deposit. In order to book your stay, if you are a new customer we must receive a boarding agreement and a deposit. You will receive an email and a phone call confirming your pet's stay.
Repeat customers, please fill out the request for boarding and we will contact you via email or phone to confirm your pet's stay.
